By visiting this site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms and conditions. The Voice Business may modify or amend these terms at any time without prior notice by posting the amended terms on this site. Unless otherwise stated, amendments take effect immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your consent. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this site.
2. Users
Only adults who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law may actively participate in activities conducted through this website. You certify that you are 18 years of age or older, are competent to assume legally binding obligations, and have the resources available to honour those obligations. If you use our services on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms. You accept liability for any harm caused by wrongful use of our services.

The Voice Business grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable licence to use and display content for lawful, non-commercial, personal use only, provided you maintain all copyright and other notices. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, disseminate, perform, retransmit, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate site content without prior written consent.
5. Programme enquiries, bookings and services
Speak the Mission™ offers ministry communication training, consultations, coaching, accreditation pathways and related services. Enquiries submitted through this site do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed in writing by The Voice Business.
Course dates, cohort sizes, pricing and delivery formats are subject to availability and may vary according to ministry context. Certificates of completion are issued in accordance with programme requirements communicated at the time of booking.
All information, techniques, skills and concepts contained within our programmes and materials are general in nature and are not individual advice. Results from training may vary. Where defective physical materials are returned promptly and shown to be defective, a refund may be considered up to the purchase price less handling and postage, at our discretion.
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
You represent that all information you provide in connection with your use of our services is accurate and current. Materials and information on this website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
The Voice Business and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, including loss of data, business interruption or personal injury, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise. In no event shall aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service, and in no event greater than one hundred Australian dollars (AUD $100.00), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold The Voice Business and its affiliates harmless from any liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from third-party claims related to your use of this site, breach of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8. No agency
The Voice Business and you are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee–employer or franchiser–franchisee relationship is intended or created by these terms.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of New South Wales. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
10. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Voice Business regarding Speak the Mission™ and supersede prior agreements or representations relating to the same subject matter.
